FY19-20 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) Public Review and Comment Period
The City of Concord has prepared a Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Fiscal Year (FY) 2019-2020. The draft is availble online for the public to review. The CAPER details the activities that were funded with Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Coronavirus Aid Relief Economic Security (CARES), and HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) program funds for the period from July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020. Members of the public are invited to review the draft report and provide comments before the final draft is submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
